As a holistic nutrition practitioner, I see so many detox programs that make me cringe! Here are just a few tips that I'll be posting more about this week.
🚫 Don't jump into anything that promises a quick fix, and doesn't teach you anything about your own body.
🚫 Don't take supplements or shakes with bad ingredients, even if they promise weight loss or temporary energy. Quality matters to your body.
