Little Mountain Wranglers Saddle Club

Next saddle club meeting will be at Arrowhead this Sunday November 19th. If you aren’t riding, come cheer on the rest of the saddle club. We will have pizza for everyone at 5p, so come on out!

We want to put out a big Thank You to all our sponsors for the 2023 season. These banners are now put up at Arrowhead Arena/Legacy Equestrian. All current sponsors will run thur 2024, we hope to add more for our 2024 season.

Little Mountain Wranglers will be hosting a two day WSCA and Omskee game show at the Wright Co fair grounds in Howard Lake.. We will be kicking off the weekend on Saturday October 14th with a WSCA game show, including a new adaptive class followed by a Omoskee show on Sunday the15th. Camping and stalling available, Reach out to Paul @ 612-245-3891 or Jason @ 763-257-9282 to reserve a stall or camping site. Also follow the event page with more info.

A group of our LMW Team has made it to champshow. If you come watch meet us in booth 5 and stalls BC in the horse barn.

For the month of September we will not have an official meeting because of Champ Show. However The Kisner Family has invited the club to Rally Gear in Albertville to screen print logos on shirts for Champ Show.

If you are interested in this activity, it is TONIGHT Sunday September 17th at 4-6pm. Please bring your own shirt to add logo to.

Hey all,
Well champ show is right around the corner and numbers are up! Very good thing! With that being said we need to put up a greater number of stalls. We will be putting up stalls Thursday the 7th , Friday the 8th, Saturday the 9th, and Sunday the 10th. This is a really big job and need all hands on deck. I ask that everyone helps as much as possible. The more friends or SC members we can get together, the easier this will be. Please respond to me on what days you can help.

A huge thank you to Steve Bobzin who came out to TH farms to give us a wonderful clinic of Ranch Pleasure. We had a fabulous turnout, horse riders and auditors, with just perfect weather! See everyone on September 17th where we will be making LMW shirts before Champ Show. Information to follow!

Good afternoon LMW! So I have been wanting to post and see who still needs to qualify for Ribbon and 4 in line. It has been brought up multiple times between members, members stating that they were unsure of who they are qualified with, unsure who they will be running with, conflicting information from kid to kid or parent to kid, etc.

So, here is what I am asking everyone to do on this post:
1. Put what class, and a list of your team members that you plan to ride with at champ show
2. Put what class you need to qualify for, if you need a partner, and what show you plan to qualify at
3. State that you don’t plan to do team events so we don’t keep bugging you 😉

A appreciation post needs to be in order. Thank you to our dedicated volunteers and club members, the Wright County fair that lets us host on these beautiful grounds, our judge Lynn Allen St. Martin who spends both days with us every year, Scott Peterson who makes sure we are well taken care of, and of course to all the exhibitors and cheering squads who keep our show running, we thank you!

I had my first Saddle Club shoot with the Little Mountain Wranglers Saddle Club this weekend! As I sit here reflecting my weekend, I quickly realized how blessed I truly am to know this amazing group of people. I am so thankful you all put your trust in me to spend 4 hours taking your photos, the results are absolutely beautiful. Many more to come 🤍

The cold weather didn’t stop these wranglers from enjoying a ride through the Sand Dunes yesterday! Love how hardy our crew is!

It’s not too late to go and watch for anyone that wants to go to the State Fair. It runs until Monday. It is free for anyone to go, and we have our banner up so members can come sit with all our amazing riders to cheer them on!

Reminder for all our members that we will not have a meeting due to WSCA Champ show. But members are welcome to come and watch. We have a booth setup for all our competitors in the Coliseum box 6. Come cheer on all our Little Mountain Wranglers at the State fair. Champ show dates are Thursday 22nd-Monday 26th and it is free to the public!
