How often do you think about your ? When we’re trying to get to , improve our , or increase our ….we should be.

I encountered this quote from Dr. Eric Cobb early in my journey through the Z-Health system (600+ hours of Neuro-based training and education) and have always found it quite powerful.

The reality is that the nervous system is the governing system of the body, meaning it runs everything, from how well (or poorly) you move, to how much pain you feel (or don’t feel), as well as the quality of your , breathing, etc.

A biomechanical approach to pain or performance (focusing only on strengthening, stretching, manual therapy, etc) is only going to take you so far. At NEUROTraining, we use a NEURO-biomechanical approach to get faster and longer-lasting . 😊
