Just wondering how many of you seen the triple play from Venom vs Ruffnexs game in blachard this past weekend, or how many seen it tonight at davis ballpark league game Venom vs Tuttle Yankees. Our team & my son was the boy who did it and im just on hear bragging a lil about how his hard work at 7 has paid off and doing this for him to see and save for the future so he will understand just really how special it is/was.

Saturday 7u Tourney: a pop fly over first base he ran and caught it came back tagged bag then threw to Gauge(ss) at second for the triple play.

Tuesday 8u League: A infield pop fly that he called and got at about 40 ft mark, got back to bag then threw to jordan(3rd) to get advancing runner out after he tagged up.

Just hoping to hear positive feed back and make his day even more then the people meeting himand giving him props at ball park. Thanks for reading.

Games for this weekend are officially rained out. There is too much standing water on the fields to get them ready for play with more rain still on the way.

Venom Nation today I lost my father in a tragic motorcycle accident, my mother losses her bestfriend, I lose my father and my children lose their papa. He was a sports fan, a devote christian and the driving force behind my strength, faith and reason Ive never given up on anything. Please remember myself and my family as we deal with this loss of such an Amazing person and One of the Very first fans of the Okla Venom Baseball. Another night where all 3 Venom win. Proud of all 35 boys and 1 girl that played their butts off tonight. WTG VENOM!

Forgot to mention the other day that Johnny and Hunter played their first 9u/10u kid pitch game and both did awesome. These 2 are ready to move up to kid pitch in the spring and were ready this past season, but unfortunately we had some who werent ready to move up so we stayed down in 8u. Unlike some stories we stayed down because some weren't ready to move up, it had nothing to do with anyones age. The younger of the boys are more ready then some of the older. Just food for thought for those who have said otherwise. Now off to practice with my future all star 5u team tonight. GO VENOM!!

5U Venom played great tonight wish I could say the same for 7U and 8U. But I heard all I needed to hear tonight so next stop is BIG CHANGE for both teams. End of the season is coming fast so things gotta get right and prepare everyone for moving up early, 7's moving up to 8's and 8's moving up to 9u kid pitch. Really over it and wore out with the way tonight went. This weekend will prove everything I need to know. Still proud of all the boys, wish I could say the same for everyone else. GOTTA LOVE MY VENOM!!

Super Proud of both 7u and 8u Venom tonight, they got the win. 8u was a lil closer but got the W. 7u just ran away with game after rough first inning. All Venom athletes did outstanding tonight. Proud Coach here! WAY TO PLAY BALL.

4 Venom Boys hit em over the fence today, congrats to 3 of em for their first over the fence homerun. WTG Hunter Nunn in 8u, Masen Casteel, and Kane Springer in 6u. VENOM FAMILY! It is a SAd day, we lost a member of the OKLAHOMA VENOM FAMILY today. I am asking for PRAYERS to help the family and being peace to them as the grieve the loss of a family member and wonderful young man. In our thoughts and prayers. Your family will have so many prayers going out, it will not take away the pain but hopeflly it will help ease some pain. 7U Cage and fielding practice was great today had 7 coaches out there which was great for the boys. We ran 3 cages and the field for 2+ hours. Thanks to you all for your hard work today. Missed a couple boys today, one in particuar is having family time today His aunt is having a pretty tough surgery tomorrow so we need everyone of the Venom family and beyond to remember them in your PRAYERS that she has a safe and successful surgery and recovery speedy and goes well. Practice has been so much fun the weather is cooling off & its even better. Glad Everyone is coming out in large groups to support us. 5U Venom are in full swing tonight this is first practice as a full team, hope Jeremy does AWESOME, and hope the other boys do too. Cant wait to see what real fun they have.
