Congratulations to Kristin Irvine on her well-deserved promotion to AVP Branch Operations Manager!

Kristin's journey with us began in July 2008 as a rovering teller, where her passion for learning and growth quickly became evident. Her dedication led her to volunteer as a manager substitute while still in her teller role. In 2012, Kristin’s hard work was rewarded when she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager at the Main Office. Seven years later, in 2019, she took on the role of Branch Manager at Heartland Crossing.

This year, Kristin achieved yet another milestone, being promoted to AVP Branch Manager and then to AVP Branch Operations Manager. In this role, she now oversees the development of all Citizens Bank branches, all while continuing her outstanding leadership as the Branch Manager at Heartland Crossing.

Kristin credits her success to the amazing and supportive staff at Heartland, as well as the incredible team members throughout the bank.
