And just like that….as of 180 minutes ago Something More was permanently closed. I am pretty emotional and certainly wondering if I made the right decision, but all good things must come to an end.

But I can’t close this chapter of my life without thanking my friends and family. The boutique came from humble beginnings in a renovated office inside Studio K to a beautiful building in downtown Mooresville. I am so blessed to have had so much support over the last 10 years. To everyone that modeled, worked & supported me I am humble and grateful (I started to tag everyone but it just got too hard).

But most importantly I must thank my family. Everything beautiful in the boutique was built by my father (the most amazing man on earth). I have a wonderful father-in-law that always kept the outside looking awesome with his painting & mowing. A mother-in-law that was so fiercely loyal that I think she forced her friends to shop there. My mom, my biggest supporter, my rock….who despite battling cancer, she and Ivy never missed a day of work. My sister-in-laws for being the best store managers ever…especially Sierra. Sierra modeled the 1st piece of clothing I ever posted online….and was my right-hand gal, the one I could always count on until the very end. Lastly, thanks to my husband and my girls. I’m sure they are happy they no longer have to hear me stress about the boutique and feel obligated to model/ wear boutique clothes. I love you all so much!!
