We have a new face on the farm to introduce you all too!

Backstory: Over the past year, PFF has lost two of our four beloved feline friends. Our sweet Lenny passed over the rainbow bridge last year from old age and our sweet barn cat has gone on a several month long adventure, with no recent sightings 😫 Riley and I have been slowly prodding Joe to let another feline friend come join us. Up until this point, the answer has been a firm no. (In his defense, we have a LOTTT of mouths to feed around the farm these days - like, a lot 🤣). Well, this past week, Riley walked outside on the porch to find this sweet little girl meowing for a snack and snuggle!

After daddy heard her asking the kitten if she was friends with or had seen our Jman and then asked her if she needed a family, daddy was sucked right in. (The chokehold little girls have on their daddy’s hearts is something mighty isn’t it??)

So friends, say hello to Elvis Pugh!

And pray with us that she sticks around because Riley is smitten! {and no, we have no idea where Riley came up with the name Elvis but we’re rollin’ with it!}

✨ Throwback Thursday - PFF Edition ✨

Throwing it back, farm style, to our sweet baby girl feeding “her baby.” I’m not sure who’s grown more - Riley or Opal! I’ll tell you this though, Opal may outweigh Riley these days, but she doesn’t measure up an inch when it comes to sass! There’s not an animal on our farm that Riley will back down to, be it an 8lb barn cat or a 1200 pound steer. This cowgirl knows no fear! {Except fear of dinosaurs, bats, and wolves - which she prays nightly, without ceasing, for God to protect her from 🤣}

What I wouldn’t give to slow down time with this sweet cowgirl of ours! ❤️

We’ve spent the last few days hunkered down getting our girl recovered from a nasty germ! Despite high fevers and feeling poorly, she could NOT be persuaded to miss out on rotating the goats to a new pasture. I hope I never forget this sweet ballerinas love for her goats and the way she giggles up a storm when she’s blowing bubbles “for them” ❤️
