Amanda is one of our Brazilian students, working with us in the Creekside kitchen. She’s learning our pantry station. She iced and assembled this Russian Honey cake, and tonight she cut, garnished and served it to our guests. Thanks for great job!
Eric and Leo, are also Brazilian students, holding down the Creekside FOH. It is so refreshing to watch these polite, intelligent kids learn new skills because they listen, take direction well and work so hard! Rare traits, increasingly vanishing from our local labor pools. Thanks to all the J1s helping us keep our venues open!!

Sky High Pizza will be closed through this weekend, and Creekside will be takeout only for the next three days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have to take a short break due to staffing shortages.
