Job Duties
1. Is responsible for food preparation and cleanliness.
2. Maintains an organized work area.
3. Sets up and stocks stations with all necessary supplies and equipment.
4. Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customer.
5. Handles and maintains inventory effectively. Tracks items that need to be ordered prior to scheduling deadlines.
6. Monitors wait times to ensure guidelines are met and positive guest experience.
7. Labels food in compliance with storage guidelines by ensuring proper day dots.
8. Prepares food items as needed for special catered or charitable events.
9. Completes opening and/or closing tasks outlined on the checklist or requested by Management team.
10. Keeps work area clean, neat, orderly, sanitized, stocked and restocked.
11. Uses and maintains equipment effectively and properly.
12. Complies with all food safety guidelines and practices.
13. Performs front of house tasks as deemed appropriate.

Job Requirements
1. Cooking experience required, preferably assigned to work the night and weekend shift.
2. Food handler’s Card Required.
3. Must demonstrate interpersonal and organization skills. Must be detail oriented. Must demonstrate quality of service, efficiency and speed. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
