⭐️Meet Megan⭐️

Megan has been with Morgan Hill Fit Body boot Camp for 10 months. She has lost 20 lbs and has gained 5 lbs of muscle🙌🙌👏👏👏We are so proud of her dedication. Read her story 👇

“Before starting I struggled with being inconsistent with any program or gym. I would find myself keeping at it for a week and then slowly falling off. As well with working full time, I found it hard to find time to work out. And when I would go to the gym, I would not have a set plan on what to do. I found regular gym workouts to be monotonous and boring. These struggles affected me greatly by gaining weight and not having the motivation to workout.

Before starting FBBC, I struggled to find the time to dedicate myself to fitness. I had a close friend that went to FBBC, and that gave me the motivation to go and try to better myself. Since joining FBBC, I have lost weight. I have increased my strength. I feel that I am the strongest I have been in years. I have more physical strength and stamina. I have lost over 20 pounds and I am leaner and my muscles are more toned.

What initially led me to go to FBBC, was a friend that went and had great results with FBBC. She often talked about the great workouts and how fun the classes are. The training style that resonated with me is the different classes each day. The coaches are all knowledgeable and inspiring people. The people you workout with are all welcoming, motivating, and encouraging.

I love the atmosphere. The classes are always led by coaches who are positive and inspirational. They want everyone to get a great work out in and demonstrate all the exercises, so people feel comfortable. The music is always great and keeps you moving. The other people in the class also contribute to a great atmosphere. I found the FBBC Family to be encouraging, welcoming and fun.

FBBC adapts to meet my needs… For me, there is a lot of flexibility in the schedule. It worked for my work schedule as well as being a parent. I get a great work out in 30 minutes. The classes are fun, challenging and go quickly. I have found that I get a better workout than I ever had in a traditional gym.”
