Recently, our offices embarked on our Community Service day for 2023 at the San Luis Obispo Botanical Gardens to volunteer on some of their projects!

Recently, some of our agents were able to be a part of a community event at Frost Elementary in San Jose!

Kids had fun in their baseball uniforms for their opening day and it was a real family affair with multi-generations represented!!

A lucky parent went home with a great gift basket for our raffle!!

Recently we celebrated the South County Realtors Alliance 2023 Board Inaguration at Kelly's Brewing Company in Morgan Hill. Our own Ed Lujan was sworn in as Vice President and received the SCRA Realtor of the Year Award!! In addition, Stacie Quiroga was elected as the SCRA Director of Education & Scholarships!!

As we reflect on 2021, Community comes to mind. Whether it be giving through feeding struggling families in the areas of East San Jose hardest hit by Covid, or fundraising for our local St. Catherine's Reachout program for emergency food distribution, or through donations through the Edward Boss Prado foundation helping kids with educational supplies, or participation in the Make-A-Wish foundation annual softball tournament, and most recently donating to the CanTree program which distributes needed funds and food to local families, Windermere showed up.

Unfortunately, like everyone, we had lows and went through the loss of family members, may they rest in peace, as well as agents contracting Covid. However, we also had 2 new babies born into the family, and added an incredible 27 agents between the Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Salinas and Paso Robles families. Through these difficult times with the leadership of Chuck Vargas & Mary Alvarez Vargas, Ruth Garcia, John T. Fazio, and Edward Lujan we are proud of our agents working hard to improve their business to help better serve their clients. Some standouts include Lacey Deverick, Adrian L Lopez, Mary Alvarez Vargas, Stephanie Villanueva, Sheila Phillips Johnson and Hailey Johnson. Also notable were outstanding years from Jerris Greenblat and Rafael Juarez from our Windermere Central Coast office.

We are grateful for the great people we work with in our offices and our community and look forward to 2022 with optimism and hope for everyone!
