Donations that we collected and delivered this past weekend went to help families in Avery County ❤️

Thank you to everyone who donated at our vendors event. Yesterday, Terry and I delivered the trailer load of donation to a drop site in Avery County. Perry's Berry's Vineyard & Winery made a monetary donation to the local rescue squad.
We have visited and talked to many folks in Avery Co who were effected by the Hurricane. We greatly appreciate all your support.

Just wanted to share this map I got from FEMA's website of all the counties here in Western NC that were affected by Hurricane Helene. This storm devastated these areas and too many people are still unaccounted for and people have lost everything!

We've had so many generous donations come in from tents, winter clothing & outwear, cleaning supplies, blankets, sleeping bags, first-aid items, etc. that were dropped off this weekend. There is still so much more that is needed! So we will be doing another drop at the end of the month.

Colder temperatures have arrived here in WNC and we have moved into Phase 2 of what supplies are needed for these folks. We have updated the Walmart Wishlist to include the needed items.

1 year ago today Elliot the Kitten was brought into our lives.

We are at Perry's Berry's Vineyard & Winery today until 3pm. It's a beautiful day great for shopping outside and we're here for you. Shortly after the pictures of the setup were taken the last picture was taken and depression set in. Luckily the only thing we lost was a tumbler lid. So we were fortunate. Do you have a favorite outdoor event you like to go to every year?

I made these Hot Wheels/Matchbox car stand for myself but they would make a great Christmas gift. This would also be a great way to display your prized possession cars or build a diorama. Hopefully we'll see you at Perry's Berry's Vineyard & Winery this Saturday. Do you drink wine and if you do what is your favorite wine?

People in WNC need our help! This is what they are facing and the worst is to come as the winter months approach. So if you can help support with new or gently used clothing, blankets, coats or hoodies that would be amazing!

Thuy Aitken will be at Taco Bell in Morganton tomorrow at 2pm to collect any new or gently used items for these families. Message us below if you would like to donate any items or if you will be able to make it to Taco Bell tomorrow.
