Whelp, we knew it was coming! It is our turn for the parking lot resurfacing! BUT WE ARE STILL OPEN!!!!! The good news is that you’ll get a little extra exercise walking around to get in the gym!

Our very own is in Chattanooga today competing for his pro-card in classic physique at the NPC junior nationals! In all our years in the gym we’ve NEVER seen ANYONE more consistent dedicated and deserving! Make us all proud big man! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
