You are invited to the Murder Mystery semi-formal hosted by your Undergraduate Social Work Organization! The Murder Mystery takes place at Wesley United Methodist Church March 26th starting at 6pm. Discover who the murderer is before the time runs out! If you’re the murderer, can you stay hidden throughout the duration of the event? This event is open to all professional level undergraduate students, graduate students, and faculty & staff alike! Plus ones are encouraged, just let us know when you send us your cover charge through Venmo (money returned at the door)! The last day to reserve your spot is March 4th! Hope to see you there!

Tomorrow on Tuesday, February 8th, from 3pm to 6pm the Rack will be hosting a student resource fair. The fair is going to be a great opportunity to connect with some of the wonderful resources and student organizations this university has to offer. We hope you can make it!

The University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) launches a podcast series, "28 Days of Black Excellence," Feb. 1. It features inspiring stories of Black students, faculty, alumni, and friends in celebration of Black History Month. Each day in February, a new episode will be released on the UIC Today website, as well as the Google, Spotify, and Stitcher podcast apps. Podcast guests include UIC graduates from 1975 to 2017 who are now engineers, academics, social workers, nonprofit leaders, authors, military veterans, and more.

WVU School of Social work officers had an amazing time being a part of the ibelong event this afternoon. Thank you to WVU Sports for hosting an amazing event and for all who stopped by to see us today. 😊

We have GREAT news! USWO will be participating in this years Ibelong event. This even will take place at the WVU Colosseum on January 29 at 2 PM. Please come out and celebrate diversity and inclusion with your social work officers. There will be many tabling events as well as the WVU's women's basketball game!! We hope to see you there. 😊
