- Be an integral team player from the planning phase all the way through ex*****on of every project.
- Work closely with Landscape Designer/project manager
- Manage Landscape construction crews through a variety of jobs and tasks.
Work diligently to bring jobs in on time and on budget.
- Understand where/how plants and hardscape should be installed.
- Understand the scope of work.
- Plan and coordinate jobs from large to small.
- Have extensive construction knowledge.
- Experience with basic and advanced heavy equipment
-knowledge of driving truck and trailer
-ability to read plans

Requirements:

- Horticultural Experience/Education is must;
Minimum of 2 years landscape construction experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid Drivers licence and must be insurable.
- Background knowledge of plants and planting methods critical.
- Bi-lingual a plus
- CDL a plus
-commercial landscape experience is a plus

Position is hourly based plus overtime after 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Manage the ex*****on of construction projects & planning labor requirements
- Manage safety, quality and productivity of work at sites and/or shop/yard
- Operate various tools and equipment, including heavy equipment, chainsaws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis
- Maintain and enforce standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites, and shop/yard areas

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the landscape/construction industry
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (PREFERRED)
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
- Pre-employment drug testing required

Quick 1 day turn around on this entrance. Clients love the results!

We installed this west mountain irregular fire pit area for a customer in Downingtown. Used local boulders to retain the grade. Clients are loving it!

Just a few short hours after a near record rainfall, this area that has serious drainage issues is all dried up! We installed a modified french drain system prior to hardscape. Stay tuned to see the final results!

All the piles we made this winter are almost melted! We really wouldn't mind if we got another snowstorm after this warm week so we can make more piles😉
