Here's your first look at the No. 32 Ford Mustang that will be driven by AM Racing’s Christian Rose at Bristol Motor Speedway tonight.

The design was created by our Miracle Kids, Brantly, Addie, and Ivy.

Meet Ivy!

She's also one of our Miracle Kids and helped design our custom WVU Medicine Children's race car for AM Racing's Christian Rose.

Ivy is a wonderful ambassador for the hospital and we always enjoy when she comes back to visit. She made sure that the No. 32 car reflected her love of sports!

She's one of our Miracle Kids and helped design our custom WVU Medicine Children's race car for AM Racing's Christian Rose.

Addie is a spunky and always makes you laugh. You may see her love of horses drawn on the front of the No. 32 Ford Mustang tonight.

It's National Child Passenger Safety Week!

According to the National Safety Council, it is estimated that that car seats reduce the risk of fatal injury by 71% for infants younger than 1 year old and 54% for toddlers (1 to 4 years old) in passenger cars.

Congratulations to our very own Abby Rader who was named the West Virginia Child Passenger Safety Technician of the Year!

This award comes from the Governor's Highway Safety Program.

Abby is a dedicated child passenger safety technician with a true commitment to the safety of our kids. We are so lucky to have her at WVU Medicine Children's!

This week is dedicated to our NICU.

September is NICU Awareness Month and this is Neonatal Nurses Week. It's a time when we celebrate and honor our NICU babies, their families, and our dedicated WVU Medicine Children's staff.

For this special week, our NICU staff will join us right here on Facebook each night for a bedtime story! Grab your little ones and join us at 8 p.m. for "Goodnight Lights."

The Atkins family's legacy is their daughter Callie.

Whitney and Chris Atkins organized a donation drive in memory of Callie. It's become an annual tradition in honor of her birthday.

We are thankful to their family, friends, and the community who so generously gave to WVU Medicine Children's. It's because of you that our patients will have a reason to smile while they're here.
