Zenclay Pottery Studio

We’re going to be hosting a flower workshop July 20th from 4pm to 7pm! This workshop will be ran by our resident artist Derek. The workshop is $50 and open to all levels of ceramic experience. Students will get 5 pounds of porcelain, access to tools, glazes and underglazes! Some in-progress and finished work by T Anne and Derek. They will be our two potters for Zenclay’s Mother’s Day sale May 4th (10am-4pm) and May 5th (11am-3pm) they both have been working hard and producing beautiful work in the studio! We will be posting more work in the coming weeks ♥️😊

This year marks 25 years that Zenclay has been open also it marks 10 year that Kurt has been in charge of Zenclay!! To celebrate we’ve arranged our window spaces to show off Kurt’s and Sue Ting’s work , one side is showing Kurt’s work work from ten years ago and current work and the other window is displaying Sue Tings’s work. We will also be selling their work during our Mother’s Day sale. Stop by before the sale to see what Zenclay has to offer! And make sure to check out Derek’s and T Anne’s work May 4th and May 5th 🌸

Just a reminder! Our first classes of 2024 will begin next week (Jan. 15-Jan. 19) we are looking forward to being back and continuing to provide that little escape.

From everyone here at Zenclay we wish you a happy New Year!!! While the studio has been closed Kurt and Derek have been planning some awesome stuff for 2024. This will be our 25th year open!! To celebrate we have arranged our window space to display work from sue ting, Kurt, and our current resident Derek.

Studio will be open the 9th at 2pm. Feel free to stop by check out our window space, we put out a binder with news paper clippings that date back to the 90’s and our gallery is fully stocked with pots!

Yesterday was our Zenclay holiday party! It was such a great turnout. We are so grateful for our students and our patrons, thank you for being apart of our clay community ♥️💗♥️

Join us for the second and last day of our pottery sale today (Dec 3rd) from 11:00-3:00. We still have plenty of pottery to choose from for those super special holiday gifts. As always, thanks to everyone who came out and supported us yesterday as well as all who have shared this event!

All the wheels are hidden and the studio has been converted for our 11th annual pottery sale! So come join us from 10-4 today and 11-3 tomorrow and find that special handmade gift for those special people in your life. If you’re looking for presents for the holidays you should stop by Zenclay for some hand crafted locally made pottery! We will be presenting work by Kurt Teeter, Derek Knight, Bill Lankford and T Anne Hawkins.

We’re having a tie-dye event this Saturday, November 11th from 10am to 3:30pm. We will have white zenclay shirts to tie-dye that cost $20 sizes small, medium, large, and extra large.

We had our raku/potluck/ tie-dye event this past Saturday! It was such a wonderful time, full of good food, great people and the day was just gorgeous! If you did not get a chance to tie-dye a Zenclay Shirt we will be doing other tie-dye events in the future. Stay tuned for more information 😎💖
