Carolyn Davidson. Not too many people in the world know her name at all, but the world has seen her work and its results.

She is *the* Swoosh designer. Yep, the Nike Swoosh that we've all seen on shoes, ads, magazines, and more across the globe. In 1971, the Swoosh was born into the world, but the Swoosh meant nothing to the world. Now, 50 years later, the Swoosh is an icon that the world will always know of.

In 1971, the logo cost Nike $35. For Carolyn, it required 17.5 hours of her time. Nike did not forget nor neglect her for her work. They celebrated her design by giving a generous amount of Nike stock (estimated to be more than a million bucks). Today, Nike's value is somewhere around $37.4 Billion.

It’s been great working with Melanie on these booklets and DVDs. Earlier this year we completed Volume I and have recently completed Volume II. What’s amazing is that these Bible lesson materials have not only made it across the U.S. but also overseas! Volume III is currently in the works!
