A beautiful start to another wonderful day on the ridge. (And the ponies didn’t get out😀😀😀)

We are completely fascinated by our resident eagles.

In 1977, there were only 44 nesting pairs in the entire state. Currently, over 1400 pairs call Maryland their home.

We hope they love it here as much as we do, and we hope to see some eaglets in the early Spring!

Looks like beautiful weather for Smokey and The Bandit to kick off their weekend by going on an adventure.

The perpetrators were seen on multiple cameras and have been returned to their rightful home.

It’s been an eventful morning! The minis got out, 9 people chased them. 3 huge boulders were installed, 17,000 hydrangeas are on order and outdoor footing is perfect after last nights much needed rain. Everyone enjoyed a yummy Blackstone breakfast and we’ve decided the 2 kittens can stay. 24 hours in a single day and these last 5 have been incredible on the ridge. Thank you to the crew.

Miguel, Michael, Kelmin, Jordy, family and crew all worked to make some lovely and beautiful updates to the facility today. Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life! (Does that apply when it’s been 95++++ for days on end)
