Tonya came in today for a couple quick and cute tattoos from me. Tonya actually gets some credit for how Christy and I met, but that’s a story for another time. Lol. Anyway, her first tattoos from me, so welcome to the Ink House Family! Hope you like them!

Joyce decided to come in and get a couple butterflies while she and her husband are here in Mayberry for a little getaway. These will be flying back to West Virginia on a Harley tomorrow. Misty came back today to talk about possibly covering up this script around an old tattoo, and since it was “Walk-In Wednesday” I had the time, so we knocked it out. Some ivy leaves and some added color and we have a winner. Hope you like it!

Forgot to post these two from Saturday. Madlyn and Ashlyn came in and picked up their first tattoos from me! ….and decided to go straight for the ribs! Both of them did really well, so I guess congratulations are in order. Welcome to the club, and the Ink House Family! Hope you like them!

My appointment for today, which was actually the same couple from Friday, called in still sick and has rescheduled again (one of them is running a little fever today), so I have today available if you’re wanting new ink! Michael came back in and I put a ho**er on his throat tonight. Since I had a cancellation, we moved his appointment from tomorrow to give him an extra day to heal before heading back to work. Anyway, owls are always fun… for me. Lol. Thanks for the trust! Hope you like it!

Sarah came in and let me do something she didn’t really come in for today. Haha! We talked about design choices and all kinds of stuff, as well as got caught up since it’s been a while since we’ve seen each other, and ended up customizing a lighthouse reference we found. It now sits on her forearm as a symbol of a constant beacon no matter what’s going on in her life. This is only her second tattoo, but I’m thinking she might have future plans for this whole arm. Jessica came in to see me today for a puppy portrait (or “pup-trait”)! So much fun making this! Bring me all the doggies to make into your next tattoo!! …and cats, too! Even snakes and fish or horses and chickens. Haha! Anyway, this is one of my favorite styles to tattoo. Can’t wait to see it healed. Hope you like it!

This is one of the few conventions I try to attend (not tattooing). If any of you have a tattoo you’d like to show in the competitions, get with me asap and we’ll look at categories and if the tattoo needs any freshening up. Categories should be announced soon.
There are some amazing artists attending and tattooing as well as some great vendors. I’ll be trying to go at least on Sunday, but may take off and go other days as well. Check it out!

Michael came in today to get a little coverup done on his hand. It’s a little rare that I do a coverup of my own work, but when I do it’s usually because someone didn’t listen. Haha! (Sorry to call you out, bro! …maybe not that sorry tho. Idk. 😂) Anyway, as with most covers, we’ll check it once it heals and do some more saturating if it needs it (most do). For now I’m pretty stoked on how it came out. Thanks for looking!

Tammy came in this evening and picked up these flowers for her boys. These were more fun for me than they were for her, but she’s been through the wringer lately and is one tough lady. Anyway, can’t wait to see them healed up. Hope you like them!
