Sad day today here on the farm. We lost our Sr herd sire, Armed Suspect (AKA Army). We could never be more thankful to Kevin and Lisa for allowing us the opportunity to have Army. The impact he had on our herd will be felt for a very long time. Army was the gentle giant who loved attention and his back scratched.

So if the buck breaks the board, and gets into the field with your does that aren't quite a year old yet, is it Monday or Friday? Asking for a friend.

Bay-Car Farms Here We Go, this doe is a producer! She had twins this past year and raised them like a champ. She stands on a great set of feet and legs and has plenty of width. She sells open and ready to breed!

This doe is a real looker. Bay-Car Farms Songbird was a solid producer for us here on the farm. She has the width, length, and level top we are all looking for. If we were keeping her, we were going to AI her back to A3 Back Country Hot Stuff, so we decided to throw in a straw of his semen with her. Bay-Car Farms Grand Marquis won Senior Division Champion in show 1 and 2 at the Taco Bouta Goat Show! She is officially retired from show life! I know she is happy because she HATED going in the ring LOL! I am glad I no longer have to wrestle with her in the ring! ❤️

Maybe the grass IS greener on the other side of the fence.

Our 2023 kidding season began last week with "The Diva" (Bay-Car Farms Grand Marquis) kidding 2 fullblood bucks! Sire is BB64 Sundance Kid owned by James and Julie Barb.
