Our Volunteer Coaching Staff

Head Coach Keith Barr - Strength & Conditioning Coach and Certified Personal Trainer

Keith is a former high school track standout and football player. He is also a former Mid-Atlantic AAU Powerlifter. Keith earned a BS from Temple University in Biomedical Engineering Technology -specializing in Rehabilitation and Athletics. He has been certified in First Aid and CPR by the American Red Cross.

Keith is a resident of Lumberton and the proud father of two grown daughters. His youngest played field hockey and was a 4-year member of the track & field team at Rancocas Valley Regional HS.

Coach Carol Haworth -

Carol earned many Varsity awards in indoor and outdoor track & field at Triton Regional High School and the University of Delaware. She was an outstanding hurdler, high jumper, long jumper, and sprinter. She was named team MVP 6 times, served as team Captain, and was named to the Olympic Conference All- Conference team. She was the Camden County High Jump Champion and competed at the indoor Group 3 NJ Meet of Champions. While running for Triton, Carol earned many school records including one for the most points earned in a dual meet and one for the most points earned in a season. She continues to hold the school records for both the 55m High Hurdles (indoor) and the 100m High Hurdles. She holds two BS degrees in Health & PE and in Elementary Education. While in college she also found time to coach both gymnastics and high school softball.

Carol taught at the elementary, middle school and high school levels for many years and has also coached many successful co-ed middle school track teams at the Woodbury Jr - Sr High School and Lumberton Middle School. Several of her athletes were standouts in their conferences and she coached several successful 4x100 relay teams who have set meet records in the 4x100 and have qualified for and earned medals at the Penn Relays.

Carol is the mother of 2 soccer, track, and softball athletes. She is currently a substitute teacher and was the Head Coach of the Lumberton Middle School Track & Field Team from 2015 - 2017. She also serves as the Southern Chapter Secretary of the NJ Track & Field Officials Association. She is regularly seen coaching and officiating at track and cross country meets around the state of New Jersey.
