The Eternal City meets Nashville on Thursday, July 20th 🇮🇹 Pastaria Nashville Executive Chef Evelynn Hadsell will be hosting a Roman Wine Dinner with Chef Andrew Whitney of Black Hawk Farms and Impero Wines Roman-native, Gianluca Brill. Both guests will be in attendance to educate diners and answer any questions 🍷

The event will begin at 6pm in our private dining room with a cocktail hour, followed by a Roman-inspired 5-course dinner featuring beef by Black Hawk Farms, desserts by our pastry chef, Jordan Brown, and wine pairings chosen by Gianluca Brill. The evening will conclude with a choice of digestivo all’alloro or Sambuca con la mosca.

ROMAN WINE DINNER MENU

• Roman Pizza with mortadella and burrata, choice of Cardinale or Cosa Nostra wine

• Summer Bean with beef tongue & salsa verde, Frascati Superiore DOCG People

• Beef Bacon Amatriciana with sun gold tomatoes, bucatini, Ro’si, Pinot Nero Rosato IGP

• Summer squash with pine nuts, torn herbs, crispy beef, spritz con Cynar

• Bone-in New York Strip with family-style sides, Rosso DOC
