back in 2020, the pandemic had just started, but the hotel honored our reservation since it was made before places were shutting down. We essentially had the entire property to ourselves.

Since this time we have both relocated to different parts of the country, but I still hold this in high regard as one of the best shoots I ever did.

Fall is coming

I normally do not post photos of my other hobby here, but they kind of intersect at this moment. So I combined my love for photography with my new hobby of action figure collecting.

One year ago today I was in Toronto with ***ir and .panchenko.photography for an amazing 2-Day workshop all about the art of Bo***ir Photography. Amazing 2 days and allowed me to create some of the work I am most proud of.

These photos with taken in 2022 are some of my favorites. She was pretty new to shooting this style, we totally clicked and made some great photos.

Captured these back in 2019. The silk robe the model brought to this is everything.

Shooting with in at a workshop with ***ir and was so fun.

She had a lot of energy and a great smile. The only downside was the weekend went by so fast. Would have loved to shoot with her even more

Sometimes searching for models can be ponderous, and sometimes they just come to you. In the case of shooting with she was referred to me by a model I previously shot with. These photos were taken back in 2020.

I didn’t know what to expect, but we totally hit it off and created some amazing photos.

So much regret since moving away that I cannot shoot with some of these lovely ladies anymore. Maybe I plan a trip back to Cali?

Angela (no social media) was great to shoot with earlier in 2023. Total pro and so much fun to work with.

We bounced idea off each other like crazy. She ultimately makes what I do look so easy.

It’s really hard to believe that this shoot was just shy of four years ago.

Still one of my fave models I ever worked with during my time in LA.

Back in 2022 I had the pleasure of working with very early in her modeling career. She was a lot of fun and came with a lot of ideas. We worked very well together and created some great photos.

Sometimes it feels great to get out of a studio environment and shoot in the real world.

I stepped a little bit away from bo***ir on this one, but the property and the feel of a shoot like this was too good to pass up. It was very much a free wheeling shoot. There are certainly worse ways to spend a day.
