Cross Point Church

We began meeting in August at Rutland Elementary School. The school will be a temporary meeting spot until we finish the permanent facility that we’ll call home off of Belinda Parkway in the Providence area of Mt. We are thrilled to see our community already taking shape as people from Mt. Juliet are currently attending and volunteering at Cross Point Nashville and meeting in special Mt. Even more exciting is the potential to reach our friends and neighbors in Mt. Juliet with the hope of Christ!

Hey, MJ! We wanted to drop in with a quick update about the renovation process!

We want to celebrate that a large majority of the underground work is complete, and the foundations will be poured by the end of the month!

The framing for the mezzanine space is also completed. We are excited to continue sharing updates with you as the renovations progress. To God be the glory for all these improvements.

The Bible is filled with stories of people who are waiting. Whether we like it or not, waiting is a part of our story too. In week one of our new series "Worthy" Kevin Queen taught us that our waiting time is not wasted time.

This Advent season, we celebrate the fulfillment of the promise when Jesus came to be born in a manger, and we celebrate the promise that He is coming back. Waiting is never easy, but Jesus is worthy of our waiting.

Jesus' birth shows how every one of us has immense worth in the eyes of God. He sees each of us as valuable, cherished and worthy - worthy enough to send His Son to us.

Our new series, Worthy, begins on December 3, and will lead up to our Christmas at Cross Point services.

Through this series, we'll dive into the humble circumstance of Jesus' birth and its message of hope while discovering how to reject the chaos of the season and embrace our worth as beloved children of God.

This past Sunday, we wrapped up our Neighbors & Nations series with a very special worship song in both English and Zulu (a language spoken in Southern Africa).

Throughout this series we have had a special focus on worshiping in different languages. We will always have a heart for worship from other nations, because we know that will God be glorified by every tribe, tongue and nation.
