Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Applicant needs to be fluent in Spanish.
Answering phone calls with energy and a smile
Greeting patients with a smile at all times
Scheduling (reactivation, reminder, recall)
Collecting fees for services and billing
Verifying patient insurance coverage
Assisting doctors with patients
Putting the patients on appropriate therapies
Organize and process paperwork
Enter patient information into computer
Clean and maintain office appearance

Qualifications:

The person we are looking for must be motivated, friendly, and organized.
Must have high energy and be a people-person
Must be able to work on your feet, this is not just a desk job
High School Graduate Diploma or GED
Must have reliable transportation
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
Applicant needs to be fluent in Spanish.

Previous Chiropractic Assistant Experience and Current CCA Certification Preferred but can be obtained after hire.

Training will begin in the Goldsboro office.

Hours:
Monday- 8:30- 12:00 & 2:30- 6:00
Tuesday- 2:30- 7:00
Wednesday- 8:30- 12:00 & 2:30- 6:00
Thursday- 8:30- 12:00 & 2:30- 6:00
Friday- 8:30- 12:00
