Self-care has become a trend we cannot afford to ignore. We get one body, and how we show up in the world is a direct reflection of how we take care of our bodies. between clients I can be found, stretching, rolling and taking Stryker on short walks.

Most of us have been touched by addiction in some shape or form. With fentanyl on the scene, in all shapes and forms, a seemingly benign recreational drug could be fatal after just one use.

Could you spot the difference between real and fake? Could your child if they Google image a pill they got from a friend? Do you know what’s being put in vapes now? The disguises fentanyl can take?

This training & education is so important for everyone. All walks of life, all ages. All tax brackets. All neighborhoods, all schools. This is life saving education we pray we never have to use.

So thankful for these organizations to help spread the word, provide free training, free Narcan, and unlimited free resources. Just like we keep basic first aid supplies in our homes, we should all have Narcan at our disposal.

If you are, curious, please reach out to me. Privately or otherwise. I’d also encourage you to look up these organizations, get to know them, and what they do, I know they are there if you need help.

We've been talking with our friends at Mount Pleasant Police Department and The Town of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Unless forecasts change, we're still planning on honoring our loved ones tomorrow night for the 5th Annual Light the Way for Hope: Overdose Awareness Day beginning at 7:00PM.

Grrr… we aren’t sure what happened but either the hosting site or our website was hit with spam and we have been receiving thousands of emails per day!
