Seeking an awesome individual for full-time responsibilities of managing our team & logistics for both Charleston Baby's Away & Beach and Games To Go

* Manage phone & internet orders, processing payments
* Communicate with rental companies, property managers & local contacts regarding access for deliveries & pickups
* Hire & manage 10+ seasonal workers during high season, 1-3 workers during off-season
* Use a database providing equipment reports, including equipment usage and customer profiles
* Promote coordination of social media and marketing channels – lots of opportunities for pics & videos while in the amazing homes & condos on our beautiful beaches & local resorts
* Year round position: businesses are seasonal - very busy March through October. Must be available for some weekends, as well as most Saturdays during season
* Management experience a plus!
* Must be in good health and able to physically carry up to 45 lbs. (a crib)
* Valid driver’s license and insurance – will be driving a full size cargo van or an Explorer
* Pay is hourly, negotiable - based on experience + monthly bonus incentive (30-40hrs/wk)
* Background check, drug test & clean driving record required

** Part-time positions available

* Part-Time Seasonal (potential full-time permanent)
* Working with our team on busy delivery/pick-up days, providing beach games and equipment to customers vacationing in our area.
* Must be organized and keep equipment clean and in order
* Must be in good health and able to physically carry up to 45 lbs.
* Knowledge of social media a plus
* Great part time to full time opportunity
* Hours will vary according to demand – business is seasonal, and very busy March/April through August/September – 10-20 hours per week (or more depending on availability) – Year round potential position
* Most Saturdays, some Sundays, required in spring/summer months – will work with flexible schedule
* Background check & clean driving record required
* Starts at $13+/hr (potential for increase at 30 day evaluation)

Tasks:
* Assist with management of equipment inventory, delivery, and daily operations
* Coordinate social media and marketing channels
* Compile equipment reports, including equipment usage and customer profiles
* Help serve customers through order deliveries and pickups
* Maintain & clean rental inventory

* Coordinate social media and marketing channels – lots of opportunities for pics & videos while in the amazing homes & condos on our beautiful beaches & local resorts
* Year round position – though businesses are seasonal: very busy March - September; most Saturdays, some Sundays, required in April - September
* Must be in good health and able to physically carry up to 45 lbs. (a crib)

* Pick-ups & deliveries – schedule/coordinate drivers (daily operations)
* Answer phone and take orders (timeliness), spreadsheets, organized filing
* Send confirmation emails and respond to email inquiries
* Coordinating with rental companies for access
* Maintain equipment inventory / quality control
* Load/unload van, trailers, etc. for deliveries/pick-ups; back trailers; lead driver responsibilities
* Clean, organize, maintain equipment – detail of cleanliness & set-up!!
