This week some of our leaders - Alan, Edgar, Mira, and Rachel - had the opportunity to attend two different learnings sessions centered on leadership development and operational excellence. The first was a visit to our Distribution Center partners at Martin Brower. We had the chance to tour their facility, learn about their storing, receiving, and dispatch systems, and inventory management best practices. The second opportunity was the Global Leadership Summit! We heard from incredible thought leaders including Coach Mike Krzyzewski, Craig Groeschel, Molly Fletcher and so many more. Here we refined our skills and knowledge around effective communication strategies, fostering innovation and critical thinking, change management, and servant leadership. What great week of learning! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🐔🐔🐔

This past week, we had the opportunity to send three of our leaders—Kyle, Gaby, and Jesse—to the Chick-fil-A Corporate Office for a three-day leadership development experience. The visit focused on Chick-fil-A’s history and culture, high-level organizational leadership, and operational excellence.
For some, it was their first flight; for others, their first visit to the corporate office and Atlanta. For all, it was a chance to step away from daily operations and focus on personal and professional growth.
Our Purpose comes to life through our Shared Vision: to be the world’s most caring company.
