In this workshop learn how writing can deepen your connection with your mind and body. All with the support of nature’s vibe and beauty!
Featuring fluid asanas and moments of thoughtful journaling to explore creative flow. Start with, Yoga philosophy inspiration through the forest hike to the lake. Followed by supportive Sun salutations with strong grounding poses. Take breaks for two mindful journal prompts while reflecting of the stories of Yoga philosophy, then finish with backbends and Savasana.

This is a combination of Yoga styles. Vinyasa and Yin Workshop with a different view hanging with fresh air!
Vinyasa is connecting the breath to the movement. Yin style of Yoga target joints and connective tissues with long holds, breath work and meditation.
Put them together the dynamic Yang style of Vinyasa Flow helps strengthen and invigorate the mind body connection. Yin style of Yoga with long-held poses to open the body to more flexibility and energy flow.
