There are ways to fit in the things that are most important to you. ..

If you’re still having trouble fitting in a moment to meditate, ask yourself, “is this that important to me,” “ what do I believe and really think of meditation.””what do I think of making time for just myself?”

If you believe it will do you some good and are just having trouble making time for it.

I encourage you to try out these tips, even if you’ve already tried them once before and it didn’t work, try one more time (kids change lol I know you know this)
