Ashley Lopez is the innovative founder and owner of Kween’s, a unique ice cream shop dedicated to providing a personalized and delightful customer experience. With nearly a decade of experience in the ice cream industry, Ashley has honed her craft in flavor creation and customer engagement.

Her journey began in San Jose, where she managed a popular ice cream shop in San Pedro Square. During her tenure, she excelled in developing new flavors and creating a vibrant atmosphere, notably enhancing the shop's Thursday karaoke nights. The onset of COVID-19 led to the end of her managerial role, but it also opened a new chapter: the opportunity to purchase and operate a rolled ice cream shop in Mountain View.

After successfully running the Mountain View shop for two years, Ashley launched her own brand, Kween’s, in 2024. Her vision for Kween’s is inspired by her extensive industry experience and a commitment to customer feedback. Ashley thrives on engaging with her customers and incorporating their ideas to continually enhance their ice cream experience.
