We excited to announce we will be doing a photo competition for chance to win a $25 gift card to the bakery! So many ways to enjoy our sourdough! This is a slice of the seeded country loaf topped with seasoned smashed avocado, a drizzle of olive oil, and micro greens!
Our beautiful and delicious chocolate frangi twists with a hint of almond flavor and dusted in sugar! Made from croissant dough, the texture is light and fluffy, similar to a doughnut. These are classic favorite available everyday at the bakery from 7AM-12:30PM!
Meet Nick! Nick has been working at the bakery for a little over a year and 2 of his favorites are the raisin coriander spelt (left) and whole wheat loaf (right). The spelt is a special we only sell on weekends but the whole wheat is available at the bakery daily!

This fruit-filled loaf is a creation of Baker Brady, inspired by his mentor in Melbourne. It’s made with an assortment of dried fruits, complementary spices, and fresh fruit. Each slice has a unique composition.
It is made with our Country dough and filled with fresh strawberries, raisin, Craisins, dates, figs, apricots, peaches, oranges, pears, ginger, poppy seed, cinnamon, and black pepper.
