We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mike Lykens. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family, loved ones, and the fire department community during this difficult time. Mike was a member of the Blountsville Fire Department for 50 years. He did a great service to his community and we will always cherish the memories made with him. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Rest in peace Mike.

We have 1,000 Free Solar Eclipse Glasses thanks to Makris Vision Group. It will be first come first serve on the glasses. If anyone would like some please contact us via messenger or call the station and we will happily provide you with some.
