So what exactly is Cozonac?! It's a Romanian sweet bread, traditionally served at Christmas and Easter. With rum soaked apricots (or raisins), and a delicious filling of walnuts (or pecans) and cocoa, it makes for the perfect breakfast. Or dessert. Or snack. I could eat it all day to be honest 😋😂 Pair it with a cup of coffee and make your morning extra perfect 🎄
