We had a wonderful Mother's Day holiday, but we feel we need to address a misconception when purchasing flowers on our website. We have terms & conditions on our shopping cart page & a substitution policy in the About Me section on the website. These policies are in place because 1. We don't carry every single flower pictured. (on a regular basis) 2. Some flowers may not be in season at the time of purchase. 3. Some flowers may not have arrived in the condition that I prefer. 4. We may have sold out of the container or vase pictured. 5. During busy holidays, We may have sold out of the containers & flowers pictured. ( This is why we have to revert to Designer Choice. ) If substitutions are a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out to the store. I will leave the links to our website that you can check out.
