I wanted to remind very one about our Total Self Defense for Women program that will be starting its next session on May 4th.

Ladies, If you or someone you know ever felt frightened or intimidated when out walking alone or if you have a business, going to meet a client sight unseen? Ever wonder what you should do if you were attacked? Have you ever worried about becoming yet another home invasion statistic? Are you prepared to deal with the threat of violence? The sad reality is that we live in an increasingly violent society in which the fear of crime is ever-present especially since our Valley is being encroached upon by more inner city elements. Personal safety has become an issue of importance for everyone, but especially for women.
