Happy 3rd Birthday to Ojas! Three years ago today I arrived at Ojas in my little car that I drove across the country from Maryland. The car was so full of stuff and I was full of intention and enthusiasm to bring my retreat center dream to life.

It was months before we officially opened, thousands of hours of labor, and more challenges than anyone could imagine.

Today I’m grateful for all the people who have helped, and continue to help, Ojas evolve into the magical healing place it is. Thank you all who have come to offer your retreats and all the visitors from near and far. Thank you for the opportunity to serve in this way, it’s my dream come true!💫

Exactly two years ago we opened the doors of to our very first retreat group, (and they are back today!) These last two years have often been challenging and also rewarding; creating a retreat center has been my vision for many, many years. I’ve learned soo much and I feel good. I’m connected to this land and I’m connected to all the beings who inhabit the land. We are working in unison to maintain a sacred space for people to heal, recharge, and connect.
I’m indebted to all those who have helped and continue to help cultivate and create Ojas. I’ve laughed a lot with you and cried some too. Highlighting for me that we need each other to thrive.
Thank you to all the retreat facilitators and groups who have shared your energy and your practices at Ojas. You are all incredible and what you offer to the world is inspiring. Thank you for allowing me to be part of it in some way.

WOW!!! So much love and blessings to this group of humans!! I could not have asked for a better constellation of people to grace us at our first RockeTantra YTT. Everything turned out more perfect than I could have imagined, from the people to the accommodations, the food, and all of the classes and meditations. 🚀

It was so great to get to know everyone and see the growth ~ spiritual, emotional, physical ~ that everyone took on. There were tears, SWEAT, laughter, play, dance and friendship as we explored the physical yoga and beyond into the subtle realms. 🕉

Big thanks and love to my partner , I could not have done it without you. This training was a testament to how our teaching styles compliment each other and how well we work together as a team. Not to mention our 1-year anniversary is today to put the cherry on the cake! I love you!! 💖

Views from … 100 miles to the north east is the snowy mountain of Big Bear, and 65 miles east of Ojas is Mt. San Jacinto- the second tallest mountain in SoCal, at nearly 11,000 feet. Adjacent to Ojas’s property is the reserve of Santa Rosa Plateau with indigenous human history dating more than 8000 years ago. It’s a special place with grounding energy and peaceful hiking trails and still only 35 driving miles (20 if you’re a bird) to the ocean.
