葱油饼- Scallion pancakes

I made this savoury treat and ate it with homemade chilli oil and black rice vinegar with sauce. It’s quite flaky as you layer fat upon fat with generous amount of scallions. Don’t be afraid for that onion breath as it’s quite subtle. Those greens become little specks of flavour bomb!

I took a picture in the middle eating this! Couldn't wait to eat this spicy lamb green soba. Honestly it's so spicy to begin with that I couldnt comprehend. I could bring the mutton flavour out more intensely in the future. Simply put in the name, La yangrou mian, is a dish which you can cry your hearts out thinking of all the hardship and stress you have been through. It was more of a runny nose clearer for me. This fragrant numbing pot of spicy lamb can be eaten with noodles and a handful of sliced cucumbers to cool down the fire. ♨️
