Horseback riding / horsemanship lessons!! Offering affordable lessons in west Murrieta. My program is super flexible to meet each individual riders needs. Gomez Break Away Ranch is a small, peaceful place. Whether you’re wanting to fine tune your riding , build confidence, run a faster time or just go on a pony ride, I can help! I have a few great horses to pick from or you can haul in! I do offer offsite lessons to those who have their own facility and horses. Message for any questions!

Meet Blue!! He is definitely the crowd favorite. He is 21 years old and living his best semi retired life. In his younger years he was a heel horse and pretty cool pole horse! He’s been used in rodeos, gymkhanas and even parades. Now a days he’s takin it slow taking care of the littles. Message me to book a lesson with him !

Meet Jojo ! She has been apart of our crew since 2017. From jumping to running barrels and letting me dress her up, she has definitely done it all. She is now living her best life going on trail rides and teaching kids how to ride. She is gorgeous and definitely knows it ! She’s the perfect horse for those that are nervous about riding but can also pick up the pace for experienced riders. Message me to book a lesson with her !

Meet Fish ! A little over a year ago I picked him out of a heard of wild horses in New Mexico and he is now the greatest kids pony! He is the newest addition to the family and the perfect horse for lessons. He lives for a good grooming. Message me to schedule a lesson with him!

Hey guys! My name is Lexi Gomez, I am super excited to announce my new business venture! After traveling the last few years I am now back in Murrieta CA reopening my lesson program at Gomez Break Away Ranch as well as offering some new services. I have a couple of fantastic lesson horses great for all ages and riding levels. I am also welcoming haul ins and traveling to other local facilities to be able to help in anyway I can! Coming in July I will have 2 stalls open for full board and train/exercise. Pet sitting and ranch sitting services are now being offered as well. My schedule is open for daily drop ins and overnight stays to watch your babies while you are away! All my programs are super flexible! Can provide reference for any service as well. Thank You!

PRICING-

Horseback riding lessons
Onsite: $45 Offsite: $60 may vary based on location

Full board and train/exercise
24x24 stalls, alfalfa 2x daily, daily stall cleaning and turn outs. Can start colts, tune up, halter break or just provide daily exercise. I specialize in making kid safe all around horses. I will be doing consultations to meet you and your horse to make sure we are a good match! If I think another facility will suit your horses needs better I can offer recommendations. $850 -$1200 depending on the horse.

Pet sitting
$20 per visit (30mins-1hr) or $50 daily for overnights, may vary more or less based on location.

Looking for a unicorn ? Meet Tex! 8yr old broke broke broke gelding. He stands about 14’3hh super cute and flashy! Would kill as a kids horse to trot around jr rodeos but quick enough to be competitive. He’s been a ranch horse his Whole life. Has roped a calf dummy a handful of times, breakaway roped calves. Roped yearlings outside, and can drag claves all day like it’s nothing. He’s seen the barrel patten a couple time and has recently been lightly started on the heel side. This horse can do anything without hesitation. Lopes around with his nose on the ground , spins and slides. Asking $8500. Worth his weight in gold! Located in Tucumcari New Mexico. Need gone ASAP !! Bomb proof 2 yr old filly ready for her new home. I started her about 2-3 months ago and she had been an absolute dream. I’ve taken her to barrel races and done time onlys on her and nothing phases her. She walk , trots and lopes super easy in the arena. Has a good stop and started putting some buttons on her. goes on trail by herself and in a group. Trailers perfect, stands tied patient, good with her feet, bathes and is just all around easy ! I have another horse coming in and just don’t have the room too keep them all. She would be a super cute gymkhana pony when finished and even a jr rodeo horse. I’ve done goat get off with her and swung a rope and she could care less. She’s the best baby I have even been around ! 5,000 NEGOTIABLE. Trail horse / pasture pet

Woody is a 16 hand retired 1d barrel horse with a good mind. He is 19 years old and his body just can’t keep up with his try anymore. As much as I would love to keep him horses don’t pay for themselves and I need something that will help my future. He does get a little hot in the arena but it’s nothing unmanageable. He need a strong intermediate or advanced rider. He doesn’t have much patience for kids. I jump on ba****ck in a halter and go on trail alone and he is absolutely perfect. No buck , kick or rear. Easy keeper , great feet and not picky about food. He has all the fancy buttons , Spins, slide stops, side passes, chases cows dose poles and I have done goat
get offs on him. He is extremely broke.
Me and this horse are truly perfect for each other but i don’t have the time or money to have him just sit. He loves attention and is not happy sitting around. I’m located In Murrieta California and would like to keep him near by. $3,000 pm me for more info
