As a massage therapist, one common issue clients will come to me with is sciatic pain. I’ve had it before myself and know it can be excruciatingly painful.
Using Myofascial techniques and stretching helps to alleviate most, if not all, the pain in one session. If the cause is the piriformis muscle (located in the glute area) it can be worked out almost immediately. If it’s a spinal issue (Lumbar 4, 5 and Sacral 1) it could be a few sessions before getting some relief and regular maintenance is highly recommended.
If you’re experiencing sciatic pain, it can make doing the simplest things unbearable. I’d love to help you get back to being mobile again.

A Journey Inspired by Compassion

Beginning at the ripe young age of 2, Paige has always been fascinated with the human body, its anatomy and how everything works together to achieve perfect harmony and maintain good health. By age 9, she spent hours studying medical encyclopedias to grasp a better understanding of each body system, its unique job and how it affects the body when it isn't working properly. Originally aspiring to become a doctor, after many years of her own personal experience as a patient, Paige decided she wanted more "hands-on" involvement with those who came to her for healing. Her compassion for people combined with her passion for healing makes her extremely empathetic as well as very intuitive.

Now, fast forward several years later to 2008, Paige got her massage therapy certification at United Education Institute and began fulfilling her dream right away starting with Massage Envy. After a year, she eventually moved on to working for herself at a chiropractic office where more of her clinical skills were developed and was inspired to focus on Pain Management and rehabilitation.

Paige understands how essential it is to find a therapist who you can trust. It is a very personal decision for your own well-being since your health is literally in her hands and should not be taken lightly! She wants you to feel comfortable and confident in her abilities to help you improve your health physically, emotionally and spiritually as they are all intertwined.

Most importantly, Paige believes in challenging herself to actively continue learning and she currently offers a wide variety of effective techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs and expectations. From neck and back pain, sports injuries and rehabilitation to active stretching, she is able to work with your body to get you feeling the way you should again.
