Myself and the rest of the coaches couldn’t be prouder of you guys! From beginning to end, y’all conduct yourselves as such professionals from the way you fight, including the great technique you display, to the sportsmanship you show, and the camaraderie you all display amongst each other❤️

Big ups to my long time friend Manuel Murillo for coming in tonight and working wrestling fundamentals with our guys and girls🤼

I first met Manny in 2009, he was an amateur fighter at the time climbing the ranks, competing for different shows. He went on to win the California state light heavyweight championship, the Epic Fighting middleweight title, and remained undefeated as an amateur, Manny was always a solid teammate, and friend, he was one of the first guys to offer me help on the mats, and no matter what he had going on whether it was weight to cut or a big fight to get ready for he was always just a very positive person to be around, who was willing to help anyone who needed it.

It really was an honor to have him here on the mats tonight working with everybody, and we look forward to having him around more often🙏🏽

Shout out to the guys for stopping by and getting fitted for his debut next Friday👊🏽

Also much respect for being gracious enough to fit the rest of the guys and myself in the middle of this heat! y’all are some real ones💯✊🏽

Our boy been putting in the work day in and day out since the moment we met! This kid‘s dedication is unmatched, he wakes up early runs his miles, focuses on his supplemental training on his own from his shadow boxing to his bag work, and he never misses class! There is no doubt in my mind this kid will be a world champion one day if that’s what he really wants to do, in the meantime keep being a great person Carlos, you’re the man! Everybody loves and appreciate you at the gym✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽
