Thank you for all the warranty labor time cuts to help pay for all the recent RECORD profits Ford Motor Company. The lack of respect trickled down to the dealer technicians that have dedicated and committed their lives to fixing Ford vehicles under warranty is getting ridiculous but "it is what it is" right Santos?

WTF pics for the day!!! Other shop cross threaded then welded (to seal the exhaust leak) in the top O2 sensor. I tell the customer this is the reason for his O2 heater circuit codes. He returns a month later saying they fixed it and the light came back on..... SMH!!!
