Our kids DIY pizza has been a crowd favorite for years. We love watching all these future pizziola’s craft their pizzas each and every evening 🍕❤️.

Happy early Father’s Day to all the dads out there! We’re almost fully booked for reservations, except for a few select times. Join us tomorrow for a delicious steak dinner, including a loaded baked potato and grilled asparagus.

Also, in a special collaboration with Wye Beer Co., any guest purchasing a steak dinner will also receive a complimentary Wye Beer of their choice.

In case you haven’t had the chance to stop by recently, we are thrilled to debut our new summer menu, packed with fresh seasonal flavors, perfect for sunny days and warm nights. Our kitchen team has been hard at work crafting delicious new dishes that we cannot wait for you to try. Here are a few of our featured items that are sure to become your favorites:

🐠Charbroiled Atlantic Salmon Salad— Sesame seed topped Atlantic salmon, roasted beets, oranges, pistachios, and Feta cheese on a bed of fresh arugala, served with a fresh baked breadstick and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

🥬Greek Salad— Crisp romaine, grape tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and feta, tossed in Greek dressing.

🦐Chipotle Shrimp Tacos— Chipotle-seasoned grilled shrimp, fresh cilantro coleslaw, avocado, jalapeño-lime crema and fried tortilla strips served on three soft flour tortillas.

🍗Homestyle Chicken Sandwich— Buttermilk fried chicken breast, shredded lettuce, tomato and pickles on a toasted brioche bun with a side of mayonnaise.

Entree: Hand Breaded Pork Schnitzel w/ Sage Spaetzle & Asparagus, topped with a homemade spicy mustard cream sauce

This week’s entree feature is our Chicken Piccata with homemade Fede Pasta 🤌 . This dish pairs perfectly with a glass of our Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay.

Most of you have seen the posts online and the news articles in the Trib and elsewhere. The rumors are true, we’re testing the waters to sell Ginny’s. We’re definitely in no hurry, we love this business way too much and it’s become way too successful. But the 3 of us brothers have become strapped for time running 5 businesses, it’s become a lot to handle and bounce between them all, while still trying to carve out time for our families.

That said, we’ve fielded several offers over the past few weeks since this has become public, but we passionately love Ginny’s, and it will take the perfect opportunity, and the totally perfect candidate before we’d ever feel comfortable selling, the place is too successful and too deeply special to us.

All that said, we’re in absolutely no hurry, so you can rest assured Ginny’s will be here. We’re even working on an awesome new menu update for May and we have some super cool summer events scheduled along with a line up of killer new summer cocktail and menu features.

We say it a lot, but thank you 1000x times over to everyone of our customers past and present who have helped make Ginny’s what it is. We appreciate every one of you more than you’ll ever know and we’re humbled to serve you.

Save the date! Our annual fundraising event this year is Sunday, June 30th. Our Summer Carnival will take place in our parking lot and will feature cotton candy, funnel cake, ring toss, kids tractor rides, animals, live music and much more! With all proceeds benefiting the Alzheimer’s Association. Our friends at .beer.co and are even collaborating on a special beer for the day! Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bruce’s family and friends. A beloved Murrysville staple and one of our dearest customers. Bruce’s acoustic nights on our back patio were always highlights of each summer. His talents and kind personality will be sorely missed. ❤️
