In honor of Physical Therapy Month we would like to recognize Chad Fisher, LPTA.

Chad is a lifelong resident of the Shoals area. He is a 1999 Graduate of Wallace State. He began working in the Home Health field in 2000 and specializes in rehab and orthopedic aftercare.

Chad is happily married with 3 kids and 3 dogs, enjoys watching sports, lifting weights, cooking, and being outside as much as possible!

“I’ve been a nurse since 2011 spent 10 plus years at a nursing home and rehab mainly on the rehab hall doing wound care. My favorite part about home health is actually getting to know each patient individually and helping them in their home environment.”

Today we spotlight Tiffani Whitten, RN! Tiffani became a nurse in 2015. Over the past 8 years she has worked first in a small hospital where she worked in the ER. She then worked in Critical Care until 2022 when she began working for Keller Home Care!

“ I have been a nurse now for 20 years!! I began my career as an LPN before completing the RN program in 2009. I went into nursing to help others. I have been with Keller Home Care for 9 years now. My goals in my career has always been to provide the best care, be /kind/respectful and teach patients and their family about their health. I mean do unto others as you would have done unto you!" I love Jesus, chocolate, flowers, my family- husband-Scottie, 3 kids-Tylon, Jacob, Miley, 2 dogs-Bama,Saban and my co workers.

Today we would like to spotlight Pam Mitchell, RN. Pam is currently the Clinical Director for Keller Home Care. Let’s find out a little more about Pam!

Meet Pam Mitchell. Pam began her nursing career as an LPN and proceeded to graduate RN school in 1994. Pam’s career spread from ICU Nursing, Emergency Nursing and Home Health nursing. Pam begin working home health for Community Home Care in 1995. Community Home Care transitioned over the years to Keller Home Care. Pam has been with Keller Home Care 28 years! Pam has providing exceptional care to patients throughout her career and just as importantly, her staff. Pam is devoted to her team and helping them to develop in providing top quality home health care. When Pam is not working you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter or 2 precious twin granddaughters!!!

Pam we cannot express how much we appreciate your devotion, care and compassion for our community, our teams and our patients. Thank you and Happy Nurses Week!

Danielle has been a nurse for 9 years. She has been n asset to us at KEller Home Care caring for our patients for 3 years now! Her nursing background is in pediatrics, nursing home and rehabilitation.

Today we would like to recognize Laurissa Ball, Occupational Therapy Assistant, for Keller Home Care. Laurissa has been a COTA for 30 years.

Laurissa shares with us her reason for passion in therapy: “I went into the medical field to help others as I was helped as a child that survived meningitis B. I love seeing my patients succeed in their goals and regain their confidence and independence. My kids are my world! I thank Jesus Christ every day for bringing me this far.”
