We reopened today after a little break and can’t wait to see ya. Just a forewarning though, we didn’t get all of our food prepped in time so we will not have a fish fry tonight.

House seasoned, ground, and cased sausage. Made with a blend of prime beef, pork, & spices and smoked with mesquite and cherrywood. Served with crispy onion cornbread, house bbq baked beans, & coleslaw. (The chef likes it on a hard roll with coleslaw). While supplies last. 16.95
Tres Locos Saturday Smoke House - Brisket Burnt Ends. A true labor of love of smoking brisket. 13 hour smoked brisket with just a salt and pepper rub, then rested and gently wrapped up In butcher paper. Later cubed and mixed with a blend of sweet and spicy bbq & kissed a little more with that smoke until they are crispy, tender, & sticky. Served with house-baked beans, jalapeno cornbread, and coleslaw. $ 21.95
BBQ Pork Burrito A large grilled flour tortilla stuffed with house smoked pork, pickled slaw, pepper jack cheese, and chili de arbol BBQ sauce. Served with rice & beans. 17.95
