Schedule is currently booked thru Mid July.
July 1- 11 we are closed for vacation.
Had a battery fall on my finger at work today, so things will be delayed for a bit.
Operations should resume to normal Mid July.
In the meantime have a great 4th of July.
Yesterdays small parts run, only 89 pieces.
Another big job out the door. Roof racks, ladder, custom storage and fender protection.
Replacing and improving an enclosed trailer tongue.
It has been a busy week. And the next few are not looking any easier.

Fabbed up some catalytic converter protective cages.
As one project finishes up the next phase of projects begin.
Re configuring a mobile pressure washing trailer.
Winterized and installed a Bimini top and wakeboard tower for a friend. On to the next one.
We are back from vacation and will be working thru the messages as time allows.
We will be closed for vacation until July 5th.
Next week's project parts have arrived.
Pontoon log swap job completed.
Customer broght a boat lift canopy bow and asked for another to be made.

It's official! Wolff Welding LLC is no more. It is now Wolff Works LLC. I am expanding my business offerings and needed a name change to reflect this. Starting Fall of 2021 I will be offering indoor storage in my new 4000 square foot warehouse. Stay tuned for more updates as I get the new site ready.
Making some progress on the pontoon swap.

Finished up the last of the interior sheeting and insulation. Also made some cord hangers that work with my palette racking.
Installed the window grates today. Had a little helper too.
Working on a window security grate project. Only have to make 5 of them. 4' x 8'.
Landscaping trailer door/structure repair. Drivers side door was hanging about 8 inches low in the center and passenger side about 4 inches. You can see how crooked the side was. Both doors now operate as they should.
CNC lathe out-feed table built for a customer.
Repair of a boat lift leg, forgot to take a final picture.
Little repair of a LED backup light for a plow truck. Machined up a tube and welded it on.
Pontoon boat is done. New logs shortened and installed. Motor lowered to accommodate the larger log diameter.
Working on some production work today. Only 185 to do.... Had to come up with a process to do it correct and timely. Finally got to use one of my rotary tables.
