Seeing as we are to get between 3"-78" of snow in the next couple days, and fast blowing winds after that, make sure to keep your vents clear of snow and ice. We here at Tri-Town Heating would like to be able to give back to the community who has given us so much over the last 64 years. We encourage people to send us candidates of people in need of a new furnace. Tri-Town Heating will be giving a furnace away to someone in Muskego who is in need, but may not have the financial means to pay for one right now. We are asking that this candidate be the owner of the home, and really be in need of this. Some of you may recognize our service tech, Rick. He had a friend call and ask if we could spare a couple filters as they can be made into masks. I said we can do better than a couple so we loaded his jeep full. This load is for Children's Hospital which will always hold a special place in our hearts. After our twin boys were born at Waukesha Memorial, one of our boys was rushed off to Children's. He was born with a condition called Pulmonary Atresia. It spun our lives in a circle pretty quickly. At 5 days old, he had a 6 hour cath procedure to tear open a membrane in his heart. Heroes do not wear capes folks, and that time we spent in Children's hospital was a very humbling experience. Joey is now 5 years old. In this time of such unique circumstances, do something to make the world a better place. Choose to help with something close to your heart. Do your part to make the world a better place than you found it. 💗

Although we are still open, we are for the time being shortening our hours. We will be open Monday-Thursday 7am to 3:30pm. Friday 7am to 12pm.

We received this very nice card from a customer's son. We replaced their furnace in Fall, through the Feel the Love Lennox program. They are both in their mid 90s and their son lives out of state. Our service tech, Rick, took it upon himself to stop by and change their filter. He stopped by again, only to find out from the visiting son, the couple has been moved to assisted living. It's nice to know things are appreciated in this fast paced world. We ❤ Rick.
