Our friends over at Tito’s Trolley are hosting a Clear Backpack Drive. This is just part 1, the next goal is to fill backpacks with supplies!

Today is a beautiful day! 🌤️🌷Are you outside working in the yard? Check this out! ⬇️

🇺🇸 Eric did a 15 zone Full System Check today for a new client. There was something off with Zone 8, and the water pressure was low. This is where Eric’s expertise was needed and he had to find where the leak was quick!! 💦

🚧 Low and below, our new client had a new patio installed recently 🚧 The whole corner of the patio was sitting on top of mushy bricks with an active sprinkler buried underneath. 😳 Eric carefully removed the bricks as he searched for the sprinkler head so he could cap it. More importantly, Eric let the area dry out so he could properly pack the dirt and reset the patio bricks back. 🧱

🍀 Luckily, this was the only issue out of 15 zones. Eric was able to efficiently time out 2 zones in the process, and removed 5 heads that were over watering the property. 🌱

🚨 We cannot emphasize enough the importance of moving your Irrigation prior to any major installations on your property! ⚠️

🧰 Education is key and we’re glad this issue is now resolved and the homeowner won’t have to worry!

🛠️ Eric had to dig down and cap this sprinkler and install a new service tee JUST to install a replacement sprinkler! 🤯 We told the homeowner to call the original company to remove the sprinkler head and fill the hole, as we didn’t want to damage the concrete curb.

Do better! Double check your team’s work. Laborers, please bring up issues to the homeowners or your supervisor. You get more praise for pointing out issues before they find them for themselves. We want to be a resource to YOU so you don’t have to reimburse clients at the end of the day and perhaps get a bad review too! 😣 Seriously, let’s work together! It’s a win win!

We are saddened to learn that the local owner of Positive Moves, James Stamos recently passed away unexpectedly. His wife Shannon needs the community’s help to keep the business alive in James’ memory. Life insurance isn’t always paid out immediately and Shannon is facing financial hardship personally and professionally while she’s having to handle life, work and grieve at the same time.
