Happy Friday! A little mortgage knowledge as we roll into the weekend... I've heard from a lot of folks that the mortgage rates are too high. I encourage everyone to do their research and they'll find that current rates are technically BELOW average according to a 50- Year historical average of 7.76%. This chart dates to the end of 2022. Today's estimation was between 5.5%-6.8% for a 15-30 year fixed. Not to mention there are many incentives to buying now. Due to the market, we have a little bit more negotiating power for things such as price and additional credits!
